Montair Estates was created in 1983. The subdivision is governed by CC&Rs and bylaws. Montair Estates has 44 lots and currently (2025) 28 homes. The subdivision is surrounded by pasture lands and is located between Yreka and Montague on Highway 3 with a beautiful view of Mt. Shasta.
